this is originally by Wizet who create the soundtrack in 2004

in somewhere in 2007 AsiaSoft had conversation with NEXON (which is the current owner of MapleStory) about general view and the track didn't fit 'Shanghai this changes was first made in MapleSEA the soundtrack create by NEXON (the new soundtrack of shanghai) several month later they also changes the soundtrack to GMS and all region server , honestly i like the new one better xD NEXON did a good job! , but this 1 is also fine :3

This music reminds me of the nostalgic reminiscence of the past. Like you played maple for the first time , the friendly low levels speak to you. You press F2 to smile back. But years later , you find those people changing. Those evil attitude , those selfish attitude. It makes you want to go back to the old time.

They changed it to KoreaMS Nerfed Shanghai music. ChinaMS or its original version stil has this music.
