Yo! Dig the dance moves. This was way ahead of its time. It may have inspired Madonna and also Marylin Monroe.
Talk about bimbos? Please note that Bimbo was a male character, the guy (or dog) that she ran away with. Betty has a childish voice but the way she quickly adapts to new situations seems to be very intelligent.
Blend a little Mighty Mouse with lots of Betty Boop and you get Astro Boy with a similar body style, hairstyle, and those big eyes.
