I'm surprised that Michael was the one to forget the parts, cause he really wasn't a "virgin" to stages anymore. Of course, there's always some pressure on these guys, especially when it takes so much talent to play these songs. Got to respect them, even though they didn't play it 100 %. Today, their performance is outstanding and really marvelous to watch.

I think Liiva fits all these songs far better than Gossow ever will. But Liiva, like some stated and I agree, isn't really a performer.

Yeah, I think that Arch Enemy live today is definitely not a letdown. But I'd still prefer Liiva singing the vocals rather than Gossow and that's because I think that Gossow butchers the old classic songs like Silverwing with overdoing the "brutal" vocals.

But srsly I've listened to some of The Root of All Evil, and I prefered the originals. There's no real enthusiasm behind Johan's performance. If you want to compare vocals between angel and Johan, it'd be unfair. Considering Angela is female and the band wanted a change, not a replacement. You want to compare the two, compare them in live performances, and in that category, angela takes the cake. Angela brings it every night and entertains the fans. Some of these vids with Johan see so dull. If it wasn't for the great music, I'd stop watching immediately.

Old Arch Enemy has soo much better guitar work, Stigmata is there best album, however Gossow is the better vocalist of the two.. AE should just play all their old songs live plus some new songs like Savage Messiah ^^..
