Samsung is a terrible company to do business with. I bought one their NP700Z5b-S01UB laptop and their C23A750X wireless monitor AND THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE!!! We cannot get the image on the laptop screen to display on the monitor. We spent 3 hours at the Geek Squad at WORST BUY to no avail. So we e-mailed Samsung. A robot replied and asked for model numbers. Another robotic response gave us a phone number to call. The guy who answered said he was "In the business department, not in the tech." BS
I am suspecting that samsung deleted one video from youtube, that was a video comparing a sony smartphone and samsug smartphone where the sony's one was better for half the price.. whoever i searched for that video and no longer exists on youtube. fuck you samsung!
