How does Dave say anything which is a license for immorality? That's what legalists say about those who disagree with them, although Paul shows that those who believe they are saved by grace and not works dealt with that very idea circa two thousand years ago (Romans 6:1-2). Dave shows his beliefs in eternal security through the Scriptures. And Christians don't need luck when they stand before Christ. A Christian ought to know that luck has nothing to do with salvation!

Generally Calvinists hold to the historic view in eschatology and some would hold to the preterist view. Generally people who believe in the futurist view hold to the doctrine that the church is raptured first. It is preached a lot in pentecostalism and I'm sure other denominations but definitely not by Calvinists. cont....

Later when I raised questions about it and that it doesn't line up with scripture, people looked doubtful and at least one person was quite offended. I can see how people are swept away by it. Forget about microchips, that's old technology. The newest technolgy in this area is called Radio Frequenct Identification (RFID) and comes way closer to what Rev 20 calls the mark of the beast and old microchip technology.
