Not only was there NO blow off, there was no lift. WTF! I OWN a 2003 Matrix XRS. It's a 180 hp STOCK. I also noticed that while the rpm gauge SAYS it redlines at 9, it bounced off 7 while sounding like it had maxed. My guess is that this is a fake.

It is quite possible for the 2ZZ-GE to produced this amount of hp. Fortunately, I am having a very difficult time believing this one is anything but stock. 375hp compared to 180-200hp would have a much different sound than what you have demonstrated here. It is also very unlikely to be able to tame 375hp to sound as yours. Post a video of this vehicle on a two wheel dyno and if the numbers match, I will believe you. I could easily say my moped produces 375hp when even I know that is not true.

@cfranchitti it has lift if it's a real one, they don't have it warmed up. it won't activate lift if it's not warmed up. plus, you can't turbo that engine without major engine work. compression ratio's too high to do that. i have a vibe GT, same car just pontiac body so i know a lot about them.

No no... you can get about 350HP with a good exhaust pack and 11psi blower. You might lift your head if you push it to long, though it didn't sound like a turbo or even a blower.
The only thing you have to worry about reving is going above 3000RPM when it is cold. You can warp your valves and tear up your rings as you would with any car. Talk to toyota racing development, an 03 toyota xrs 6spd puts out 180HP. I know this for a fact . year model 05 and up are weaker

Hmmmm i dont see a boost gauge, i see a stock exhaust, and no blow off sound... but 375hp? All this doesn't add up... I have a 2zz engine in my car and common sense tells me that with stock internals it doesn't hold 375 hp... it's already a delicate engine as it is... Show some vids of the dyno and the turbo of course... to back up your claims
