Have you braught the game or downloaded it?

If you braught it, it would work if you downloaded it you need a patch I think.

And if you want mods to open it I recomend downloading the OBLIVION MOD thingy

Well they ARE made by the same developer so....yes they do use the same engine.

Kinda like VALVe uses the SOURCE engine in...ALL of their games. no point in spending a ton of money to develop a whole new engine when this one is still up to date
