Yes it is FREE. But you get basic member. But if you pay or get a game card you get unlimited access and unlock everything.

im a level 39. i got my account when the game first started and i stopped playing till now. the games been promising the kraken for 3 years straight and i can tell you it wont come.

and if it did it would piss a lot of people off.. imagine sailing out in the seas in a 65000 coin war frigate with a full load of awesome cargo and lots of crew members and then you get eaten by a damn squid.

the final version of potco may have jolly rogers and the captain with a new quest of jack sparrow being captured by the kraken and the purpose of the second main quest in early 2010 is to rescue him
