Its a bunker buster meaning it goes way underground and then detonates and being such, does not need a large amount of blast. A NBB may have a destructive blast of maybe something like a suitcase nuke.

The reason it didn't fall is because, from what I could understand, he had not gotten the information about the meeting (You should know what I am talking about if you played the game) so the building was indestructible until the missions were completed. That happened to me once. I nuked it, it was still standing. Got the info, nuked it, the whole damn city was rubble.

It is not an electro-magnetic aftershock. You only get said EMP from a high altitude explosion. This is a fact because EMP's have been created before and knocked the power out of cities. Thing is this was back in the 60s, so nothing got hurt, back then it was good ole vacuum tubes. Planes didn't fall out the sky because most had "analog" flight systems. Anything "digital" would be wiped out, such as microchips. One blast and the whole F-22, F-35, and B-2 fleet is useless.

@EndingNP well if you died everytime you use a nuke then no one would use it and it would be waste of space. game developers have to make a game fun with some real aspects too. while on the topic lets make the guys jump only 2 feet, take one bullet to die, character has to sleep every "virtual" time that goes by, make sure he eats and drinks water, and make sure all wounds are disinfected and wrapped. sounds very fun to make things extremely real right?
