@LadyBakura92: Oooooh. Thanks for explaining. I've seen that gesture before-it was in the movie 'Spaceballs' I think. They used it as a salute or something...
I went to Italy once. All the women are hairy and the all the men are homosexual. The only food is pasta & there is rubbish everywhere. No-one works and everyone is very lazy. No-one speaks English & they ignore you if you can't speak Italian. Everyone shouts & gestures when they speak and they love to point. They rarely wash & all the men love their mothers. Everyone is in the Mafia and crime is out of control. They are all Roman Catholics & everyone worships the Pope. I am never going back.
I'm Italian and everything it's true, exept for the first one that I don't understand... but for the rest, it's all right, In my family we use all that gestures XD
that awkward moment when you're arguing that you're an italian that doesnt make hang gestures and you're friend shows you this video and you realize you make ALLL of these gestures ahahahaha this is so perfect.
SONO TUTTI VERI! SMETTIAMO DI PIGLIARCI PER IL C**O E AMMETTIAMO CHE NOI TUTTI QUESTI GESTI LI USIAMO GIORNALMENTE! E AGGIUNGO, DA PURA ITALIANA, CHE IL PIU' DELLE VOLTE NON CE NE ACCORGIAMO NEMMENO!
MA DI DOVE SIETE VOI?? SE DITE CHE NON USIAMO QUESTI GESTI TANTO ITALIANI PER ME NON SIETE.. ITALO-AMERICANI BOH.. IO VIVO IN U.S.A.DA UN BEL PO E SPOSATA CON UN AMERICANO (IN ITALIA) E QUI HANNO VERAMENTE UN ALTRO CONCETTO DI NOI. CHEER UP BUDDY. THIS VID IS PERFECT. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME SMILE!!
(basta - angry - do you want a beatin - are you nuts - If I catch you - what where why)
are all unknown gestures in Italy, or better few of them are common only in Campania and especially among Italian-Americans (mostly of calabrese, napolitan and sicilian descent).
The other are used in every country of this planet, so I don't know why these retarded americans consider them as gestures used only in Italy.
it's not all true... (im italian) we use "let's go" "you are nuts" "i don't care" "take this!" (especially that lol) "basta" "what a smell" "what?" "go away" and "finito"
@iiiena you're a liar or you are an Italian american..only few gestures in that video are used in italy and they can be defined universal gestures used all over the planet earth.
Most are totally unkown in Italy, and also that annoying music, that we everytime listen to in these horrible american videos is not Italian.
@ss07100ss About the music I agree with u. But i'm not a liar and I've already said I am 100 % italian and live in Italy. I'm Veronese and i know those gestures (but I have to admit that i see them not so often in ordinary conversation).
Non pensi magari che tu possa non conoscerli mentre altri sì? Non vedo il motivo di arrivare a dare del bugiardo a qualcuno pur di poter negare fino alla fine che siano italiani. Magari da me si usano (anche se poco) e da te no.
@fresnoczj1 actually, I would find quite weird an american/german/english person doing this gestures. Lots of theese gestures are not used in the whole country and/or are old fashioned (like "are you nuts?" at 1:14). If you do theese gestures in Italy I guarantee you would act ridicolously, becuase of the fact you are acting in a way which is not natural for you, while all this gestures need to be performed naturally. We italians don't think how to perform this gestures, we just do them.
Ahah very nice and original video, I had never seen a similar one and... the final gesture is also my favourite, it's like show the middle finger but is much more satisfying for us.
HAHAHA the last one ! :D

0:24 is wrong, it means a thing like "it was bad for my stomach"
1:01 is wrong too, the arrows should go up and down and it means "calm down buddy!"
1:55 is my favourite too, the maximum expression of being italian:
it means: "fu*k you", "fu*k off", "i've fu*ked her/him up"
PS: i'm italian, of course...
LionsTheKingOfCojons 2 months ago
@LionsTheKingOfCojons I'm italian too, but where I live we use 0.24. to say "'i'm hungry" °-° Lol maybe it has different meanings XD

almost no one gesture in that video is italian. Even that annoing Italian-american music is not Italian.
I'd like to know why americans are so much retarded to confuse Italian culture with Italian American one.
