@GoaHead80 what he is getting at is similar doesnt mean same. for instance a housecat has 4 legs, an alligator also has 4 legs. all he is saying is that rather than saying they evolved from the same source is that they were designed by the same "designer". in the same sense having triangular wheels for a car wouldnt work too well. what it means is that although they are similar it might just mean god in this case saw it fit that the design of these bonestructures was ideal for the functions.

You should also read about evolution of mammalian auditory ossicles. Carbon dating confirms the same ages.

Hovind is a deceiver, using arguments he knows have been refuted. Scientists know for instance that shellfish and bottom feeders do not date accurately with carbon dating. The technique is not used there. Ocean dwellers in general date less accurately. Such is not the case with woolly mammoths, ancient humans and trees.
