@DrSheldonCooper I love Big Bang, yeah it is pretty much just lenses and bodies but I guess thats what it's all about, I have some new lenses in the arsenal, the awesome 200-400 vr, the 24 1.4 and new favourite all rounder the 24-120 constant 4.
@ricksonf thanks Rick, I'm not that flash at it I just think I use m eyes to capture what I see, I don't see the light in landscapes that some of the guys do and wish I could.
@jasin007 Hi Jasin i do agree with your last comment ..... All good things come to those who wait. Appart from my beautiful wife my little baby ( D300 ) goes absoluetly everywhere ( inc on my back trailbike riding). I have found that it is the best "TOY" in my toy box..... I just love it!
PS GRRREAT insight into a true pro's setup... thanks so much for posting.
I am currently sporting a 70-200 2.8 tamron (the best i could afford at the time) however i am aiming for something a lot better in the near future. I love shooting motocross and any high action sports, actually i just love shooting for anyone who appreciates the images created.
I am currently trying as hard as i can to be acknowledged in the photography industry and would do almost anything to get even a look in the door. If you need or could use an assistant i would love to help out.
I've always wondered how photographers got their shots on set while the actors were being filmed. It was great to see the device he uses and how it works.
i love your work! I saw you at the Photography show last year at Darling Harbour... I love your Matrix shots- very very cool... so much so, a few years ago I bought the box set of The Matrix- in it, includes some photos and a piece of film... though, I don't see your name on them, I can only assume you shot them? If so, THAT is awesome!!! :)
By the way, thanks for sharing this vid... really cool :)
Mr J, the 2550 is an awesome piece of kit plus you can take the insert out and use it as an overnight!
Thanks for watching, I think we need an update as there is kinda a heap more gear now. Enjoy your shooting buddy! And thanks to everyone else that has watched too, I don't get on here often so sorry for the late replies...
I don't know for sure... but they look way too big to use as a carry on. But... depending on the airline, I've seen people get away with some pretty big garment bags as a carry on.
1:19: u can see if a person is a pro or not by seeing how smooth he puts his lens on.

Hey iam 12 and i really like photography and i want to be a pro photographer when i grow up can you give me some tips on how i can get there?
gta1172 1 year ago
@gta1172 Hey Buddy thanks heaps for your question, well first up you gotta be good to your parents so they can get you a sweet little Nikon.
The other thing and I am quite serious about this, you and your camera need to be really good friends, go everywhere together!
Experiment with all the functions and develop a style.
Start with photographing things that you are interested in.
Not enough room here so please feel free to email me and good luck.
And be patient good things come to those who wait
jasin007 1 year ago
@jasin007 i have already got a camera a little Pentax K-X
gta1172 1 year ago
@gta1172 Which, incidentally, uses the same sensor as the D90.

That D300 can get smacked around on the back of a bike all day long.
What lens do you take out with you when you ride?

Hi DK thanks for the interest, the HPRC hard cases which are awesome by the way are 2700, I also have the 2700w which has wheels!
Take a look at HPRc's site for more amazing products, 25% lighter and stronger than the opposition, great for cutting down on excess baggage!
jasin007 1 year ago
Great Kit... Quick question what are the model numbers of the HPRC's and what style of cart do you use to transport the cases???
