  • its a chainsaw!

  • I don't know what that noise is, but when I'm hacking and I glitch up a game, the wii freezes and makes an errrrrrrrrrrr! sound that hurts my ears.

  • If you send it to nintendo they'll fix it but for $75

  • i had this before when it wouldnt read discs, i sent it away and discovered the laser that reads my games had broke, ive now got this horrible freezing w/ buzzing sound problem now :(

  • sounds like your cats hungry

  • Nice cat meow

  • It sounds like a chainsaw

  • cute kitty meow X3 this used to happen to me but i got it fixed

  • meow meow meow meow..... STOP

  • maybe the disc was dirty or scratchy

  • maybe the disc was dirty or scratchy

  • I heard that this problem and the "Clicks of Doom" problem are both eligible for free repairs by Nintendo. I just hope it doesn't take like 2 months for it to get back :(

  • I just fixed one like this yesterday. It's caused by a little white plastic ring that holds the top of the disc. For some reason it starts to make contact with the metal frame it's in, and a little bend in the right place fixed it.; it's now silent as new. There are guides on the Tube about this.

  • Where can i get the proper screwdriver

  • You'll need a Triwing, which you can get on Ebay, or a hardware store.

  • @djmasta25 Some hardware stores may sell it. It is also available on the bay.

  • @camel747 hey, my wii makes this same noise, and to open it i need a screw driver that i dont have, but what i want to know is where are the videos that tell you how to fix this? i cant find any, they just tell me to ship it back, (i didnt get a warrentee)

  • @supermega1111 The screwdriver you need is a 'triwing'. I can't post links to vids here, but just seach YouTube for 'Wii buzzing solution'

  • You Need To Let Your Wii Take In Some Air. Your Blocking The Air Intake At The Bottom Of The Wii

  • that is why u have to use the grey stand that comes with it its because not enough air is coming out and how u have the fan faced of that ur not leting air out so use the stand

  • Or just simply set it on its side.

  • ur wii has black around the button's

u need to look after it more

  • i have the exact same problem. sometimes it will play the disk for one or two minutes and then displays an error message. it really sucks.

  • same here it really sucks!

  • I used to have that problem before but then I couldn't get Brawl to work so I sent it back to nintendo to get fixed and now it works fine

  • My Wii does something similar, sent it off the nintendo to get it fixed.

  • I can't believe no one has been a noob here yet.

    TA WII GOEZ BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB.

  • i like your cats meow :D

  • my cat meows in the vid? xD

  • send it back to nintendo

  • mine does too

  • mines makes also the same noise mines managed to work by covering it with ice-packs but now it hardly works at all i still need mine fixing.

  • also on that way you position thw wii is wrong, tha fan can´t "breath" well circulate well.

    I have the same problem.

  • I have the same issue, it started a week ago with just the noise and now it doesen't work now. I'm sending it into Nintendo.:(

  • Mine does it too. they should recall it. we paid over $600 for it.

  • that happen to me to my friend told me i but the disc in the wrong way the name of the disc should be facing the left

  • it is. the disk stabilizer is jammed or off balance not much you can do to fix it

  • the disc drive pin is too tight. lol but it could cause metal fatigue. also put it on a wii stand smart guy.

  • Sounds like mine.

  • this happend to me just send it in to nintendo

  • my warannty ran out right before it broke

  • Nintendo will still repair it,

although you'll have to pay for it.

    No more than £55.

  • its $82.00 to send it back mine had the same prob you played your wii too much and its disc lazer breakes from oveerheating

  • @djmasta25 your cat did meow

  • it may be over heating its not brocken if it works lol. really you need your parents to make a youtube account and post it on there cuz u are way to young to have a youtube account

  • so what do i have to do to fix the overheating problem

  • put it over the wii stand cause alot a dust musta come in from under it

  • mine dose the same thing =/

  • My Wi can't read my discs anymore. Mine doesn't make those weird noises but it gets the same error message.. I'm about to upload a video about that.. Watch it and compare..

  • The Xbox 360 and the PS3 has like 100 times more problems than the wii so stfu

  • yeah my wii isnt as bad as this, it only makes a slight buzzing noise, no where near as noticable as this

  • Hi,i have a few tips that may help:

    a) Did you clean the disc?

    b) Check there is no dirt, grit etc in drive.

    c) Talk to Nintendo and see if they manufactor it.

  • hmm this the noise my wii is making, I did drop it today a few times, though right when i turn mine on it makes the noise

  • no stand no wii remote jacked litel boy ur fked up

  • you should have put it on the stand that comes with the system, because there is a cooling port on the bottom of the system.

  • i get the same message but it doesnt make the gay sex noise

  • idiot the wii not work with that shit television you find !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Similar thing happened to me.

I believe it's the metal supports and frame of the disc drive that could potentially bend in excessive heat, misuse or transport.

  • my wii is doing the same sound... how i can fix it? i don't have waranty...

  • Disconnect your wii for an hour and play your newest game for one hour and then everything will be fone (same happened to me)

  • same happend to me, got mine replaced, problem solved thanks to nintendo

  • Mine has made that exact noise for a while now but just recently wont read the disc. I shipped it to Nintendo the other day. I should get it back in a week or two.

  • I got that message last night, but I was screwing around with my wii

  • well 1st off dude you need the stand so that it can get air down there that is not good for it not to be in the stand or if your going to do that sit it down and as for it makeing that sound call nintendo and they will send you out a new one for free

  • that sucks.

  • Sent it to nintendo, they will replace it.
