The Mta, New York city transit is very unfair when they do their track work. Number 1 they do track work in the middle of the day on weekdays requiring service diversions. Mta does not realize people have to get to work during afternoons. Shuttle buses are not provided, which makes a commute very bad. I even know someone who was fired for being late as a result of this. Mta does track work 6 am to 2pm on weekends. Mta does not realize people have to get to work! They do not provide shuttle buses
