@ACM1PT512 He did it by using iFile on the iPhone! Ifile is a jailbroken application downloaded from cydia, it can access all the files in the iPhone. He edited the games files by using iFile.

@tylerlovesmacs just jailbreak your iphone and replace the files in the folder published\cars (the prefabs.sb) for example reventon.prefabs.sb and cinque.prefabs; cinque to reventon and enjoy the pagani cop^^ sorry for bad english
