Honestly, I don't see the point in there being any concern from Dar's side. The guy has absolutely no legal recourse on which to sue. He does not own the copyright on his youtube vids, utube does, also, the use of videos for commentary, criticism, educating or anything like that is perfectly legal under Fair Use. If you are reading this Dar, tell him you know lawyers too, and they all know he's full of shit. I doubt he even has a lawyer because no lawyer would waste his time with shit like that
