  • Spider man! Can you dig it? groovy funk there my man!

  • This sounds like the theme from Shaft. xD

  • That was sweeeettt! I always loved the Nick hammond show, and seeing that really makes me wish they'd try a live action tv series again, instead of films.

  • who's Nicholas Hammond?? because Tobey Maguire is Peter Parker

  • @TachiEdeJMoFlo0729 Nicholas Hammond was spiderman in the 1970s spiderman series

  • Such a good idea. You are very clever with your taste in music!

  • At 0:39 - GET ME THE COMBUSTIBLE LEMONS!

  • I wish someone would find the original theme from the live TV series from Season 1.

  • Really great job. the freeze frame bits were perfect.

  • FANTASTIC!

  • amazing but you dont routh tobi macwiyer

  • very nice,i am gonna add this to my favorites

  • Pretty good actually! Wished you would've used the real actors names BUT other than that, good video. You get my vote! If they would've made a TV series based on the movie, this would've been an awesome intro!

  • Very good = )

  • LOL pretty good

  • haha, how'd I know you were gonna use that bit for MJ's freez frame?

  • this is truly excellent man, nice job.

0:19 looks like Spider-Man's chilling out with Sandman, hitching a ride at the same time.

    Nice

  • Sounds like 70's porn music. AWESOME!

  • One word... EPIC

  • love it

  • 0:37 LOL.

  • This new intro music just changed my mind about all the spiderman movies. I now like them

  • LOL well done! Imagine how much everyone would have flipped in the 70s if they actually had those special effects and that awesome suit.

  • Peter Parker eats p*ssy while sporting a magnum PI mustache to this theme.

  • Lol, This is freaking awesome! Nice cutting work!

  • This is actually made of win.

  • OMG this is freakin' awesome!! i tip my hat to you my friend!! LOL

  • this theme is funky 70's style.

  • Ha, that was pretty sweet, but I think it would have been funnier to use the names of the actors shown for the credits, still in that 70's Hobo font, like "starring Kirsten Dunst," etc...

  • I did enjoyed the old show when they showed re-runs of it as a kid in the late 80s! I loved how they used this for the new movies in this clip

  • @Johnlindsey289 Take it easy Johnny, it's gonna be alright.

  • This is one of the coolest clips I've seen on You tube in years. People on You Tube always rip on the Live action series (probably all CGI Spoiled teenagers of the Me-generation) for one reason or another due mostly to the absence of dangerously prohibitive stunts like Spider man swinging on webs between buildings and the like. The old series lacked the special effects of today's TV & movies but it was no more campy than Wonder Woman or the Incredible Hulk series of the 70's IMHO.

  • @SuperBronx11

There's different generations, different technologies. Just deal with it man. What did you think of the new Spider-Man movies? they at least had the villains that weren't in the TV show but from the comics.

  • This music makes me wonder when is John Holmes gonna come onto the screen and start f*cking chicks!

  • It would be really cool if you put the "TV LAND" logo at the lower right hand corner... to make it look more vintage lol...

  • Nice memories! :)

  • Spidey got the funk you cain.t wash off!

  • great editing, but add the actual names of the stars (current) as opposed to those of the original program. No girls I know are named "Chip"

  • Nothing against TM, but

    Nicholas Hammond > Tobey Maguire

Hope the new PP/Spiderman is as good as Hammond.

  • Awesome!

  • 0:38 Definitely the most lovely part of the video!!!!.... Good Job!!!!

  • Funny!!!

  • Very Well Done!

  • YOU RULE!! Great work!

  • you could have just put the real actors name

  • AWESOME!!!

  • Loved the theme from the old TV series! Thanks'!

  • all i see is dirk diggler running with a gun

  • 0:38

This video wins right here with Jameson freeze framed here. Yes.

  • Dude I totally loved this! The 60's cartoon one you did too! Friggin awesome! Something about the childhood connection with the old series music with the new films just speaks to me. Thanks for sharing!

  • Man that is a great job you did. I love it.

  • This was done perfect, 2 thumbs up!

  • LOL!!! I LOVE it, and the way the original actors names are in there cracked me up.

  • Anybody else like how the theme sounds when it starts? It sounds cool.

  • I have never seen the seventies show in reruns, how long was it on air?

  • @79mattdavis 2 years. It was okay no villains from the comics were in ita nd the suit was meh.

  • @starkiller20293 2 ears is a dok run, it definitely wasn't like the movies that are out today.

  • @79mattdavis Obviously. It was the 70s. There was hardly any technology for any of the villains.

  • Wishful thinking if this version of Spiderman were a television series in the 1970s instead of a movie series in recent years. It would certainly be a hundred times better than the 1970s Spiderman series. The characters would come to life and so would the villains Spidey would face like he usually does in the comic books.

  • Chip Fields needs to work on her tan...

  • 6 people missed the like button.

  • Awesome!

  • I must say that was so fucking awesome!!!

  • I thinks it's excellent and you have a real good 70's feel for it...awesome!

  • Yeah man, that's my s***!!! Good stuff, but like others, I feel you should've used the actors' real names.

  • Love it x 10

  • Wow. That actually made the more recent ones look a lot better. Power of music, I guess.

  • that was great!

  • FUCKIN' BRILLIANT!!!

  • It would have been soooooooo much cooler if Peter Parker had dressed in a disco suit and strutted like John Travolta to "Stayin' Alive" in Spider-Man 3.

  • haha this is great, but I wish you would've used the actors real names. cheers sir!

  • With the exception of not putting in the real actor's names in this, it's actually very well done. Now how about another one with the real actor's name in it?

  • very good timing, mate...really!!!!

  • that scene of Jamison.....is perfect.....idk y...i like that scene in the movie....lol...."give conway page7....uuuppppp....make it page5"...."why not make it page7?" and then jamison gives that expression....classic.

  • Peter Parker bones Mary Jane to this tune.

  • I love this video. I love how you tried to match this up to the opening credits of the 1970s show. And when you got that clip of Spidey crouching down at :17-:18 on cue to the music like he crouched on the 1970s TV show opening, that was a nice touch. Great, great job.

Plus, I've never seen Robert F. Simon's J. Jonah Jameson with such a full head of hair before. ;)

  • HAHA! this is cool.. love this tune its catchy :)

  • interesting... but why didnt you just put the real actors' names.

  • lol idk i just wanted to mimick as much of the original intro as possible

  • fantastic congratilection very gud

  • Nicely done.

  • Very clever video!

  • Love that music.

  • very good.

  • Gee, Chip Fields looks really pale...

  • Love the old spidey music with this!

  • So retrotastic.

  • The 70's show was such a bore. Spider Man was better on electric company! Only the great acting, screen command, talent, and acting mastery of Nicolas Hammond made it watchable! But when the mask went on all of us were dissapointed that Hammond was off screen. We watched the show just to see Hammonds performance but unfortunately there just wasnt enough of Hammond on screen because they insisted on SpiderMan wearing the mask! Had SpiderMan simply looked like Hammond the show would have lasted!

  • We can critisise the 70s show but serously in the new movies theres some terrible quality CGI, we shouldnt really stand for it in this day and age

  • new movies? wait if the cgi is bad then has it gotten aclaim infact the cgi is pushd to the envolope each time with these film's as billion's go into cgi so what are you talking about?.

  • What do you mean what am I talking about? Watch them again and tell me honestly if all the CGI is seamless and real looking. Reviews stated that the CGI is weightless and not integrated in its environment. The 3rd Spiderman in particular looked suspect in places which is why it was the least well received. I dont think you understand what 'pushing the envelope' actually means! To disagree is one thing but at least backup what you say with an example.

  • you didn't and actually the 3rd wasn't attacked for that it was attacked for being to long as ebert wrote and the new york time's.Infact i never read a review were they complained as the cgi to the people who aren't critic's and fans never say it's out of place and to say it is is an insult to the people who worked hard on it.The cgi isn't perfect but it's the best that could be done then and now.

  • So the CGI isnt perfect now? each movie pushed the envelope in your last reply! Was there any point in replying just to contradict me? You cite 2 american reviews, Ebert in fact did state in the 1st or 2nd Spiderman review that the CGI was poor quality and the video is on youtube. If I could be bothered I would link you to it but you can check yourself they are only a few minutes or so each.

  • fine cross out ebert new york time's though i stand by and if you ead the othe rmessage you would have seen i said it was good fro it's time no other film during it's release could beat it's cgi.

  • @Mikez4

Lord of the Rings and Avatar with King Kong have perfected CGI

  • the 70´s theme was very good but the serie was a shit

  • How can you say that? The amazing spiderman was awesome! remember, it was made in 1977...so give the special effects guys a break. they didn't have the technology we have today.

  • I'm not criticizing the special effects, I am criticizing the series which I think is shit

  • The 70s show was so cheesy (I know, I own a copy) but I love the new footage laid in.

    Great job...

  • This Music fits better to "The Spinne",than the Music of Elfman.

  • hehe... I like it. I think it would have been even cooler if you used the real actors' names.

  • Klasse!!!!!!Can you change the Actors already?

    absolutely great work!

  • I hate all three movies, but this was GREAT! you know maybe ill see the movies as the 70's show movie version. It made me laugh, something the movie never did. Great editing.

  • @CharlieReyBoca

So you think the movies aren't that good? There is a reboot on the way based on Ultimate Spider-Man.

  • i love those 70's themes

  • SWEET

  • nice job !!!

  • Cool vid!

  • thats amazing dude.

  • that was cool!

  • that was great man

  • You did very excellent! It looks very much like the style from the 70s with funky music.

  • LOL... that was... FUNKY !!!

    Totally grooving with the tune.

  • OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!

  • Awesome. Utterly Awesome

  • They should have included this music in one of the movies.

  • its good i like it!!!!!

  • hahahaha excessive funkyness !!

  • Another Awesome vid!!

  • hahahaha this is awesome

i love how you kept the actor's names

beth banks credited as chip fields is a rare gift one gets only so often

    glorious

  • yeah that rocks^^

  • that was brilliant

  • This theme needs to be reported....FOR EXCESSIVE FUNKYNESS

  • @fknrat lmao

  • I think the music fits these films better than the orginal series. It captures the attitude that is Spider-Man.

  • It's very original work, I only wonder why you put the original actors names instead of the new ones...

The video is great, it's seems you really put effort in mirroring the scenes from the original intro. Well done ;)

  • OUTSTANDING JOB!!! The music brings back alot of memories.

  • classics r the best man! thx for uploadin!

  • This is what the movies need. One of them anyway.

  • awsome vid

  • I thoguht that was pretty good. Any chance you can do this with the 60's version?

  • I don't know why, but I laughed so hard at the freeze frames. Thanks for that.

  • freakin porn theme

  • WHO WROTE THIS FUNKY THEME SONG? ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO BUY THE MP3? Thanks

  • thats pretty good.

    and yeah, love the classics.

  • me too love the classics

  • this is sick gd job

  • OMG... Hahahaha... so funny!!!

Nicholas Hammond is THE ONE AND ONLY SPIDER-MAN...

    Tobey Maguire sucks!

  • @mawifans

And who's better as Batman? Keaton or Bale?

  • That rocked HARD!

  • Mary Jane Watson as Ellen Bry? I don't know. *laughs* She played Julie Masters with the Register, and she was Peter's competition. Mary Jane? Peter's competition? Nah. *shrugs*

  • Ha! That was great. Actually, the timing and the way the footage was put together was almost good enough for a non-parody intro if you redid the credits and had the right music.

  • Great Job I have posted this vid to my favorites...LOL I remember the original series from the 70s

  • GREAT job. Perfect.

  • watching Mary Jane Watson and Betty sucking off Peter [North] Parker would be fantastic!

  • That was f*ckin' great!, I love the old school Pause-frame Name shots!

  • Awesome! Especially since this song has been stuck in my head for the past couple of days.

  • That's why I found it, ever since you sent it to me! lol!

  • That was perfect! I loved where you paused with the cast members, the "Ellen Bry" part the most! :D

  • love the Porno music!

  • Nice editing. Who is the composer of this piece?

  • Dr. Funk !!!

  • LOL @ Ellen Bry

  • AWESOME!

  • You did a better job that the movie people did!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • hahahahhah amazingggggggggggggg

  • That was very good but you should of put there real name the actor that plays Spider man in the movie is Toby Maguire........

  • The names and music are from the 70's version!

  • Very Very good!! That's the best Spider song

  • well done!

  • makes you wanna disco

  • well done. thats cool

  • YAH SPIDER MAN!

  • you should of put in the actors real names in that font, then it wouldve been awesome.

  • Mary Jane Watson as Julie Masters? That'll be the day. Julie Masters was Peter Parker's competitor when it came to photography. I seriouly doubt that Mary Jane would do that. *shrugs*

  • THAT WAS AWESOME!!!

  • LOL

I love that "porn" spider-theme. Very good man.

  • pretty cool

  • Very very very well done! Forgot how easily the old disco spider-man theme could get stuck in my head.

  • Damn, this is made of awesome.

  • beautifully put together! The original soundtrack rocked and this is just so well done!

  • VERY well done!

  • The Spiderman movies would have been 100% better if they used this music instead.

  • pretty awesome.
