hy i really like your videoos. Do you work in the netherlands?? i live in the netherlands. i,m just starting to being a vegan. and here it's also verry difficult to find the wright products.
@rickforrestal Thank you :-) But this was one of my not very hectic days, haha...
Yes... Sam is my number one and it's sometimes hard to organize and build everything around him but he is very intelligent and understanding and knows that I must work a lot. I'm writing school reports now (since 2 weeks and still not done) and he knows that I must concentrate on this and that he mustn't disturb me, so he plays in his room or reads a book. Wonderful child. And I'm a lucky mother.
I'm new to your channel :) you probably said this, but how do you prepare the Hokkaido pumpkin? It looks very yummy. What do you teach? If you don't mind me asking.
@freeleafinthewind Thank you for your comment. Feel free to ask me everything you want to know. I answer with pleasure! I simply cut the pumpkin in a half and then in wedges, about 1 inch thick. And then I fry it in some canola or coconut oil and salt it to taste. I cover it with the lid and it's done when you can easily prick a fork in it. But don't fry it too long. It should be firm to the bite, otherwise it tastes like baby mash.
@freeleafinthewind Hokkaido pumpkin, on my opinion, doesn't need other seasoning than salt. It tastes yummy on its own and the salt just intensifies the sweetness of it. I love it with sesame paste or mustard. And I prefer coconut oil to fry it and love coconut water to drink with it. :-)
@freeleafinthewind I'm teaching German, English, natural sciences, mathematics, geography, politics, computer science, sports and art. But not always. Depends on what is needed.

You are an amazing woman, a loving mother.
What a work ethic! Wow.
This is a very personal "day in the life of" video. The voyeur side of me loves all the detail.
It lets me see your hectic schedule. And how your #1 job is Sam. Just take care of yourself.

@Billybullet13 Thank you :-) German isn't my first language and, on my opinion, not difficult to learn. :-)
