川崎重工業會逐步將車輛製造技術轉讓給中國，期間既有一個轉移過程，還有一個消化過程。但這位工程師稱，在不到一年的時間，中國能夠迅速消化吸收「疾風號」新幹線的核心技術，實現七成以上的國產化，決無可能，所以，中國現在宣稱掌握核心技術和具有中國的自主知識產權，似乎言之過早。

日本鐵道綜合研究所的一位高級工程師表示，這次的新幹線車輛是日本根據中國的要求而提供，載重量上要比日本原有的車輛重，這可能是考慮中國乘客一般會比日本乘客攜帶的行李要多。另外，也只是對燈光、行李架以及內裝等作了些改動，而日本新幹線的真正的核心技術，是在時速三百公里以上的新幹線，知識產權和有關專利屬於東海道鐵道。

obviously, China learnt the technology from other countries, and its not only from Japan, they also learnt it from France and Germany.

It is not Japan is the only country with train technology. Dont just scream about that. Ya, I can say that Japanese car technology is from America, Japan did not have the tech and they made their cars with a support of America

This is the Japanese Shinkansen super express,"HAYATE",E2 Series!
The CRH2 is made with a support of JAPAN!
The Chinese do NOT have technology of maiking such trains!
