  • Good job kiddo! thanks for posting. God Bless always

  • it seems so easy or maybe you made it like that. Excellent job, should be able to erase those crazy comments, I bet you none of them knew how to make it good that's why they entered here to see and then, they are trying to correct you. What a huge and stup.... mistake. Great video, clear, specific, fast and good music. !!

  • looks good

  • Nice video....Ive never ever seen anyone put hot meat in a plastic bag before..humm...(not to sure on that one) If you like well well done meat..then Cook to that high internal temperature. If you have a cheap piece of meat..youve just created shoe leather. But..you might get away with it, with a good cut.

Good job. I encourage you to keep cooking in the kitchen.

  • over done by miles!! title should read "how to burn meat"

  • Cute little kid.

It looks like she's a natural chef.

All of the advice in the vid was spot on

Although I might use somthing like a large cheesecloth bag, instead of a plastic one, to prevent chemicals from seeping into the meat. It's particularly easy for trace amounts to seep out of soft plastic when somthing warm/hot comes into contact with it (which is why one should try to avoid microwaving plastic; particularly soft plastics like clingwrap or cheap tupperware).

  • over done

  • Not you though, maybe your older sister if shes around 20 ish.

  • Man i need a girlfriend, and have her cook for me.

  • Wow you are a good cook.

  • Nice job!

  • I think you mean 200 degree celcius for the oven and 170 degree fahrenheit for the meat thermometer. They are mixing up their units.

  • so sweet!!!

  • An excellent video.

  • putting it in the bag is just to save making a mess while coating it, I wouldn't have put it back in the fridge as beef is best cooked from room temp, pre heating it on the stove is known as searing it, it helps seal all the juices in making your beef more succulent, the beef in this video looks well done, not my fav way, I prefer med/rare, but I'll eat beef any which way if someone else is cooking it for me.

  • What do the pre-heating on the stove and putting the beef in the plastic give more than just putting it in the oven from the start?

  • yum

  • the song is ,"Oh yeah" from "Yello" mid 1980s music, I love soccer cool clip
