Morrowind: cool armor and weapons

Man, Skyrim and Oblivion are great and all... I love the improved combat and graphics and whatnot, but why can't Bethesda just stop cutting stuff? I liked being able to separately equip every little part of my armour, I liked having so many weapon types, I liked having so many different spells, so many different skills, and I think almost everyone who's played this little jewel will surely agree.

If it weren't for the crappy combat in Morrowind, I'd never have played the last two TES games.

In Morrowind it was so hard to get full armor sets. In Oblivion every bandit had a full daedric amor set at a certain level.

Morrow wind and Oblivion are bot great games and i bet that Bethesda is going to add the new engine of Oblivion and all that good stuff from the other games like they where experiments And improve on them. Some people do like oblivion better I understand, but I agree that Morrowind is superior, and with all the texture and lighting mods/add-ons for Morrowind, it can look graphically the same as oblivion, if not better.

why does people say glassarmour is the best? It only has a armour rating of 11 -18 while steel armour has rating of 16 - 30. Then hows glass armour better and why does it cost so much more?

@florianfan2008 It depends on your skill level idiot. Steel is heavy, glass is light. Glass is the best armor if youre Light Armor is maxed to 100. Deadric is the best if youre Heavy Armor is maxed to 100. The higher youre skill is in Heavy, Medium, or Light Armor, the higher youre ratings will be.

@florianfan2008 wow thats an awful lot of playing you've done there! I usually get daedric as fast as possible by finding the easiest to get to locations for it. On average I have a full set by level 10.

Btw one thing i realized is that enchantic armour isnt so effective :/ I wanted to enchant my Daedric shoulder armour to resist fire damage. I have loads of gold, but with enchant rating of only 60, i can only manage to put 7 - 8 lightning shield on constant effect :/

Do u know any tips or tricks to get higher enchant level or something?

@florianfan2008 Well I would look online to find a master enchanter, they can put a good amount of effect on for you and they should be able to train you all the way up to level 100. There's 11-12 pieces that you can enchant in the full set, which means that you can spread your effects out amongst them. Don't expect to be able to get a huge amount on every piece either, they are limited, unfortunately.

my favorite armor would have to be the indoril armor because you can get the ordinators to attack you without provocation so you get more of it and a bunch of ebony maces

@skaterquad000 Maelkashishi, Shrine, Forgotten Galleriesor You can get the longbow by finding the vassir didanat mine (south of balmora) just walk in, walk out, go to st. olms plaza, into the haunted manor, through a couple of doors and talk to Dram Bero about the mine, tell him the location and he'll give you the option of what type daedric weapon you can have, pick the bow

@skaterquad000 You can get even better bow by using the bound longbow skill(The bow looks like daedric longbow). If you want to keep it forever you can enchant it as constant effect to a ring for 7k(You also need grand sould gem with golden saint/Azuras star with vivec or almalexia wich would be waste though) The ring needs to have at least 10 echant spaces(Any item is fine except a weapon since the effect would wear off when equipping the bound longbow.) The bow does 50 dmg and fort marksman 10

I like the Snow Bear armor and the regular bear armor, sometimes with the Nordic Chain Helmet or Pauldron(s) mixed in there. Orcish and Ordinator are good looking too. Daedric's good and looks alright, but it's so damn heavy. Then again I also like the Royal Guard armor.

@xxinfinity00 Yes actually, when they moved onto oblivion they were so much more into graphics and updating the physics engine and combat mechanics and stuff to pay much attention to the way things look. I personally they took all the fantasy from the entire game and put it exclusively into monsters, oblivion and magic. It does give the game a realistic look but I personally feel that it ruined the fantasy feel.

In my Marrowind game, my Dark Elf can wear Idoril armour, just kill the gaurd using it. take armour. wear. btw, do not talk to anyone else wearing the armour....bad things happen :[] Indoril is very nice as well.

Indoril armor is supposed to be the best Medium Armor out there. It surpasses Adamantium because it's a unique armor that Ordinators can only wear.

By the way, you didn't show the full adamantium armor set. It really looks nice, if not plain! The adamantium helmet is my favorite helmet in that game. :P

And there's a secret glich when u have courpus from the main quest that will make u invincible +with the gauntlest (there behind one of the tub like things in the room u kill him it) u find in the chamber u kill the daguth goul leader guy(can't remember name) u can kill any one with ease since each gives u + 20 strength
