She is Christine, she was the inspiration for the role, and the music was written for her voice. Listen to the Original London Cast, with Sarah Brightman and Michael Crawford, it´s a great album.

the organ, even in the broadway show, is just a recording, the conductor wears head phones to keep the rest of the live orchestra in tune with the recordings.

No, this actually sounds beautiful. The movie was horrible because they casted actors and actresses who couldn't sing. Sarah can definitely sing.

No it does not.  The movie had a terrible orchestra, poorly redesigned, and even cut; music. The stage play always has, does, and always will outclass the movie.
