Call City manager Frank Walsh at 269-983-5541 and tell him to lift the cable TV ban from the seniors and disabled at the St. Joseph,MI Housing Commission.
St. Joseph,MI is Fred Uptons home town and he doesn't care about the seniors and disabled either.
