@JackHighlander You can do extemely well on a vegan diet if you want to. Make it your moral wish, and you will find the nourishment that you seek in plants. You will actually thrive. We all make excuses about our addictions to animal products. I know because I was one of them. A vegan diet can be detoxifying, especially if it is mostly raw. Most people mistake the detox symptoms for some sort of sickness. Get colonics, enemas, and push through the pain of detox. You CAN do it!!!
He has still remained in a deep sleep. Otherwise, it would have been impossible to remain a Buddhist. And most of what he has said in fact is simply reiterating what has been said time and time again in his tradition, he is just repeating whatever knowledge he has accumulated in the mind. It does not arise as a flame from one's innermost center.
