all of you forgot that capt america actually received the "vita ray" treatment, after getting the serum. It acts as a catalyst and a stabilizer. All other super soldier recipients didnt go thru the same procedure after getting the jab.

If you knew anything about Cap America's abilities in the comics you would see that Blonksy has nothing compared to Steve Rogers. The only time the Super Soldier Serum has worked 100% to more than what was expected was with Rogers. I was kinda bummed that they didnt show more of his abilities in the new Captain America movie.

All we seen him do is dodge the Hulk's attacks, that's cool and all but he got pwned in one hit by the Hulk. Cap can do the same thing and yet take more damage and deal out a decent amount himself. Not trying to be a fanboy or anything, just stating the facts especially since Blonsky was given an incomplete version of the serum.

Exact same Serum they put in Cap, throughout the movie they made references to him, Gen.Ross said the Super Soldier Formula was made in WWII by Dr.Reinstein. And when Tony talked to Ross at the end he says "that super soldier program was put on ice for a reason", was a reference to how Cap will be frozen in the arctic for years. If Blonksys moves are from that same serum, Cap is gonna kick ass on his own

How I remember it is that the Super Soldier Serum (the first and original) was administered to Steve Rogers (Cap America) and it succeeded. But the main who invented it was killed and the Army was never able to fully replicate the original serum, and the one used on Blonsky years later is just one of many attempts at replicating the original Super Soldier Serum. Really no surprise it didn't work.
