i live in yakima and when i heard about these guys i thought it was a joke but when i started hearing more amd more thing, well my mind changed a 360.these guys are incredible.
when I watched Kick-Ass, I knew that the police / the government weren't only interested in people acting like super heroes, but also they don't want such people. One proof is what they're saying to those as showed in the video.
"police" is just a mask of the government for having people, who do anything you need them to do. they follow even commands that reclaims illegal stuff. have you ever heard of the "Bilderberg Group"? As they were in Switzerland last year, the police guarded and protected them.

@niaj4 Well, would that really be a bad thing? I would much rather face a possible world invasion planned by a group of super-villains than continue to live under the pressure of the regional Cartel that dedicates themselves to raping, killing and stealing from the innocent and non-innocent for their own selfish desires.
:/ I mean, I don't care about the violence...I just want to see evil at it's full potential rather than use for petty robberies and shootings.

If they wear a mask, it's usually to protect their identities or to create a symbol...it's pretty obvious that they don't do it out of childish reasons, so why ask that question?
I see it as an act of disrespect, mocking them for choosing to wear a suit...a suit which is supposed to be a symbol, a suit that separates their ever day life from their crime fighting life...a suit that is supposed to help.

These guys are not vigilantes. They are putting they're well being on the line to save people. They have admitted being stabbed and shot and beat down before. Yet they continue. You cannot stop a sexual assault by calling the police. If these normal guys are here, they can stop it in time. And the police force is being stubborn.

We need these guys in Houston. Near my house my mom some a group of guys beating a guy in the middle of the street and leaving him to die. All the cars were stopped in front of them because they were blocking the streets. They were honking at them but the guys didn't care and and people were too scared to get out of their cars.

Unfortunately, the "superhero" paradigm only works in comic books, where you have the writer on your side to help you dodge bullets and survive otherwise fatal injuries. If these guys keep sticking pins in real criminals they'll wish they had a writer on their team.
