@isailin15 It's a different facility so the Blue Portals Development Center's Portal Device can be submerged into liquid, even partially.

@TheAwsomeshadow The original game is still there this mod is separate, you still need Portal though, you don't over wright your normal portal files.

What is the difference between the normal cubes and the red cubes?

Fire Cubes disintegrate in water, and melt Ice Cubes. They can also melt other things like frozen buttons, which appear later in the game.

No matter what i do i fail with the jumps at 5:35 7:08 and 9:55 though i tried everything including your strategie. It always seem to be slower and i never get even close enough to get on the edges. Any tipps or ideas?

@TheCholerix Well I guess you've just got to be as fast as I was in the video. It's one thing to know how a strategy works but it another to do it as quickly as possible. To be all honest I was hesitating on where to shoot the Portal Since that jump was insanely difficult for me as well. Just be fast, that's all the advice I can give to you.

@RubyCarbuncIe I was having trouble with that fling at 5:35 too. Then I noticed that when I came close to one of the edges it said "press ctrl to crouch". This is the key! As you go through the portal hold the crouch button to pull your legs up and you will clear the edges. I guess this is some elite portal stuff that hardcore players use all the time. TBH I prefer mods like Protal Pro that test your brain rather than your reflexes in insane flings. This is a really nicely made mod though!

@Jcruddas I know I always crouch when I jump anyway so it was fine with me that I had to crouch it's just the time trials that bother me, I really don't care to much for time trials.

@zombiehunter2010 I may do Portal: Prelude but I did this one because it was more unique than Portal: Prelude. Blue Portals only allows you to fire a blue Portal has custom textures, sounds, testing elements and so much more. Portal: Prelude was good I'll admit that, however in my personal opinion Blue Portals is better.

@xsantosis Sorry for a late reply. Yes, this requires Portal to be installed. Furthermore, if you have a free version of Portal, you'll also need some other Source game (e.g. Half-Life 2, Left4Dead...)

to be honest i really don't know to load this, i put the files in the correct folders and, then what?

@GeassAlchemist Did you put it in the Sourcemods folder? If so did you restart Steam?

You have to put it in your \Steam\steamapps\sourcemods folder and then restart Steam in order for it to show up. If you replaced all of Portals original files then I highly doubt it will work properly.
