Could this have been the HepStars competition in the 1960's. I heard about this group as they were mentioned by Agnetha on the Aftonbladet TV special on the Lifetime Achievment Award Show for Agnetha Faltskog and Anni-Frid Lyngstad of Abba. Thanks for the post.

yes this was one of the biggest competition, along with Tages and Shanes. Ola and some other members later started Secret Service and did a duet with the lovely Agnetha ('The way you are'):)
