a tip that i got from hiro was " just do it"

from falkon was " flare to handstand(1990/2000) is harder then flare to airflare" aside from that... all you really have to do is get the back up high... sweep your 2nd leg as hard as you can backwards and tuck your head in and low to the ground (similar to how you flare headspin) hope that helps

on your airtrack to flare it would help if you could start your flare from the back(cali-flare or newyork start are the names of it) it will help you keep the speed and make it faster. or your flare to airtrack you need to turn out a little more before you hop you seem to be doing it a little to soon. but since im not there its more opinion cause its hard to tell.

I had the exact same problem, try it like this:

U must rotate ur legz when ur ass is in the back of the flare, dont let it come in front, its like, u just have to jump earlier, try like to hit the airflare as soon as possible when u get ur ass up from flare..
