Its faster in the nfl because there are many more players on defense that have great speed and at least one player on defense with excellent speed. i think the reason ginn doesn't dominate in the nfl is because the game is different. it doesn't necessarily matter that people are faster in the nfl in ginn's case. he is still faster than 99% of the league. the difference is skill at cornerback and safety positions. they don't get burnt because they are smarter and have more skill than a typical college db. also, ginn was never a true wr. he is a playmaker that happens to play wr.
