Well if you seen the runway at 225 agl good job if not shame on you. I know what you seen and what the camara picks up can be two different things. Not sure how smart that was but it looked like a good job.
Nice vid! Thunderstorm? Nah, just decent rain. Not really that heavy, too. Hitting raindrops at 90kts makes it seem heavier than it is (and NOISY, too.)
I caught the ALS at 225. I was already clicking the mic and beginning to say I was going missed. Camera capture rate is too low to see strobes from any lighting :/

Great approach but I would definately NOT label it a thunderstorm. Heavy rainstorm is more accurate. Big difference!
