  • "Sturm und Drang" is a term referred to literature, not to music.

  • @KevinDorner i guess im a little late to comment on this, but still, i would just like to note that both Mozart as well as Joseph Haydn are considered big 'movers' during the Sturm und Drang. Although you're right, it was mostly literature and philosophy.

  • @KevinDorner Actually, it was used for both German literature and also used to refer to the stylistic appeal to music widely popular in the 1770's and '80's :D
