At the start, this is quite similar to Giorni Dispari (Odd Days), the song I got this link from, but it obviously is not exactly the same and I like them both!
I'm always reluctant to listen to his other masterpieces. Not that I don't find them brilliant or that I dislike it, but it's just that its so brilliant that I can't keep myself away from it.
I asore Einaudi, dut his songs are very similar. That doesn´t mean he isn´t great, not at all, but, ehm, you always know that´s his song and his style. But I think he´s an incredeble man. I was on his concert in Hamburg ( I♥HH) and it was like...you´re floating in heaven...
Hi people if you like this track there might be a chance you like some of my stuff.... if you have just a min please check my channel out :0) Thank you
We cannot argue over people disliking and liking this. we just have to accept that there are going to be people that hate, even a piece of genius as beautiful as this and some that agree that it is an amazing piece of work.
I think Ludovico was the one to dislike this comment; to express the idea of indifference. And here we have a stupendous form of indifference, superfluous musica :)
I've decided to lay off the ac/dc and loud music and found comfort in Einaudi's masterpieces. I still listen to ac/dc from time to time, but nothing gets me as happy as I am now when I'm listening to this beauty, this real music.
I've been listening to his music for hours tonight. It doesn't get any better than this. It's soft, moving and incredibly beautiful. It's exactly what you need sometimes.
I've never heard this and I own (almost) all Einaudi's works... which album is this from? Or is it just a piece he's written and not put in an album? Brilliant, as usual, of course.
if you love einaudi, you might like my latest composition, "la Force et la Faiblesse". Just click my username below. I hope my piece moves you in some way
@shinglesofzeflute I disagree vastly. Perhaps more prone to exploring music, perhaps more observant of BBC adverts, but taste is taste. It has no reflection on persona.
I'm not observant of BBC adverts (Not living in Britain) and I heard of Luduvico before I heard him on This Is England. If I listened to more of his work, I am sure I would become far more content than those who listen to "let's get naked and sleep with randoms" songs.
@Ultermarto Actually there is sutch a thing as a sophisticated style. Children are more inclined to enjoy major chords or intervals with the lowest possible beat frequency, as well as simple and predictable beats. Just as they are more enclined to enjoy a painting of a flower than a baroque cadaver rendition, and just as they prefer mc. donnald nuggets with ketchup to foie gras.
It takes sophistication to enjoy dissonance, more subtle rythms and bitterness. If you don't have that you prefer JB.
@Ultermarto Me too but it might not have been too clear since I hit the 500 character cap. I'm also talking about classes. If your music is within the reach of young uneducated children, then it is not sophisticated. If it is enjoyed only by a little intelectual minority, then it probably is sophisticated. The "lets get naked and sleep with random" songs, or pop music in general (Justin Bieber, lady gaga, etc.) do not show a vast amount of subtlety in their form or lyrics.
@Ultermarto No, you misunderstood me. You wrote something about how people only listen to this because they're more observant of BBC ads. I was just at least it's better than most mainstream songs. I live in a different country, so mainstream radio's probably different. But over here, mainstream is audio-only soft core porn
If you think that music in England is so much different to that in Australia, then you are very deluded. I would also like to point out that 'mainstream' as you might see it, soft-core porn music is only like 5% of all music of the modern world. Contemporary is another 5%. Are you telling me that that other 90% of songs about climax, closure, relationships, lifestyle and issues are all inferior?
@Ultermarto why'd ya look at my channel? It consists of a video I did when I was 14 and one this year that was my school assignment. Wasn't that much of an adventure. I'm not deluded. I said it's probably different. I never stated it was so. It is a gross generalisation on my behalf to say all mainstream music is like that, but majority is. It is also extremely and vastly different to this sort of music.
@Ultermarto makes sense. I was ligit scared you knew otherwise of where I lived when you mention "australia". Our cultures may seem the same, but they are quite different.
