  • @pablofan - Barefoot training strengthens your feet, roots you to the ground, and improves ankle mobility. I put the sandbag on my feet to simulate the way I learned to deadlift an olympic bar: toes past the bar, feet 6-12 inches apart, and lifting the bar so close to my shins that I look like a 1,000 year muay thai kickboxer :)
