Thats a Cheat my Mogry is at Lvl 9 and it just halfes the Materials in creations that means if you have allready made one and so it is not true that you can get two Ultimas

You can. You get level 9 before making the ultima which halves it then using a bright or energy crystal like riku7538 said, It only costs 3 orchalcum+'s. There 7 in chests and in the drops of the rare heartless which is extreamly hard to get. You sir need to do a little more research before you start calling him a cheater.

You only get orichalcum from rare heartless. Not orichalcum+'s... I have the game guide, don't try and prove me wrong. But I do believe it's possible to halve the required amount of orichalcum+'s twice leaving only three needed.

Make the diffrenc of 0, need to find all 7 to make just one, a second woud cost 4 O+. And at last: When it woud be possible, why is Ultima the only item how has no Upgrade Form ?

No dude you theory is wrong.

It's true that ultima coast 13 Oricalcum+, and if you woud half it two times it woud cost 4, (but just 7 in game, one two less). But anyway it's impossibel, The Mogy Level 9 Upgrad, just works in Creations, and this are all the Items that you have made 1 time, so the bonus doesn't work if you made the item the first time.

And yes, he hasn't cheated, cheats coun't do this i think. It's a Gamehack or a Video-Fack or maybe a bug(don't belive this). just drive 2 times whith ultima once as first, once as drive wappon, then cut it togeter.

actually thats not true, ive got a friend who was able to make 2 ultima keyblades, but in order to do that you have to find the machine heartless (cant remember its name) n try to get lucky. so it is possible, it just requires a shitload of work

It actually doesn't... It appears at the bottom of your recipes. He got to the level that halves your S Item Cost and used a Crystal (either Bright or Energy) making it require 3 Orichalchums.

it does halve 7, not 6.5. when you get the S item halved bonus, it still becomes 7 the same way if you used energy crystal without the bonus, if you use energy crystal with the bonus its 7 then it halves which is 3.5 which rounds off, it doesnt halve 6.5

55GamePlayer explained more about the heartless. My Disc is screwed up, I bugged people to do this and someone did. I couldn't, I have 1 Save File, and it has the Ultima Weapon by using 7 Orichalcum+'s, but I couldn't start a new file without running directly into Agrabah and freezing like crazy, so I asked others to do it. Here was his reply:

They are called Bulky Vendors. They are invincible, but they're hp goes down. They have reaction commands that makes him explode and give you rare items. The lower its hp, the rarer.
