Snyder is a typical businessman who wants to impose his will but has no true understanding of sports and how fragile things are. Winning in sports takes time, commitment, humility & organization. It does not reward the tempestuous or willful. Steinbrenner used to be similar but then he finally got tired of being villified by the fans & press & figured out he'd be better off not being the center of attention & reaping the rewards of victory even if it meant that others got much of the credit.

Riggo is the MAN, and he is right. We (the Skins) have no NFL experience at the top, specifically Snyder and Cerrato. Snyder is a business man and Cerrato used to basically be a goffer for the 49ers scouting team. We need an experienced and proven NFL person as the GM, and Snyder needs to just stay out of all football operations except for signing the checks. I would even settle for Casserly coming back or someone like Holmgren, Dungy or Shannahan.

just who is your team of choice mover? I believe it's the skins or you wouldn't be on this blog..just admit it and lets get on with a possible solution...I've loved them and hated them, but I'm still Skins til the end...that's why victory is so sweet for us..I would like to see an ex-skin take over the team, totally...maybe Mann or Riggo as coach, Monk as receiver coach, Butts as off. coach and Bugle to stay as def. coach..they have worked together in the past and IMO could turn it around....
