You crack me up...I lost my DVD version of this so I came to your videos to start doing these work outs again and you say EXACTLY what I'm thinking! Jillian starts to get on my nerves with her tacky motivational sayings by about day 3, so hearing you say exactly what I'm thinking and feeling makes me feel normal and not like some out of shape lazy butt like Miss Michael's does! (I used to mute her and listen to my own music)

Great job!!!! I used to do all three levels of this dvd one right after the other (I know, I was insane), for over an hour's worth of working out. That's probably how I ended up with tendonitis in my knees. I could eat whatever I wanted though,lol. I'm back at it now, but being careful. Anyway, you look great. Keep it up.

i like that you include basic and advanced options. my question is once you complete all levels, do you just stay at the highest level? or kind of loop things around and repeat the whole process?

@PrettifulMakeup Hey I just got this today and basically just did three rounds of Level 1 and after watching your video I think I was only supposed to do one. Either way I think I'm pretty much going to die doing this but just curious do I do ten days of level ten days of level two and ten days of level three? or level one one day, then two the next day, and three after that? any explanation would really help thanx
@pagea1990 The way I have always done it is a few days of level 1 and then when I feel ready I move on to level 2 and then level 3 a few days after that. After I have done all 3 levels change them around to whatever I feel like doing. After 30 days you should see a noticeable difference! (Granted your also eating healthy too)

I started off avg weight but wanted to get tone; I do this dvd with 3 pound weight straps around my ankles and 1.5 pound weights around my wrist and 5 pound dumbbells, and i lost 10 pounds without dieting. I love this video! Try doing the last cardio with extra six pounds on your feet, lol..its awesome. Chick you struggled as soon as you started, lol
@aidenroberts20 hahaha I know! I really wanted to get this level up because I had said I would for sooooo long and I finally did but it was before I started working out regularly. I had taken a break and then I started with this level 3! I was dying! I don't do these so much anymore...I just run now :) I am training for the Disney Princess Half Marathon...(no weights on my ankles for that!)
@PrettifulMakup Thats too funny, im running more now because im training for the P.F Changs Rock n' Roll half marathon in pheonix az. Iv'e tried running with the weights, and it felt like my kid was wrapped around my legs, lol. When you do the workouts, do it with fast music like lady gaga or metric. And do it with a mirror that is big enough to view at least half your body. It helps you work correctly. Oh before working I always brush your teeth with a mint flavor paste. Idk why but It helps

@PrettifulMakup They were! I just got my dumbbell/mat set and bought the DVD. Got all of em at Walmart for $25. Good investment for what you get out of all of it.
