I don't claim to be the best drummer alive, but there is no complexity in what he is doing. It's too easy to drum fast with both hands, but then working the timings of your feet along aswell is far more complex than this will ever be.

@harper16 I see where you're coming from, just hands is much more simple than hands/feet. For one, I'll have you know he's a very, very talented set player. Two, when you're playing the set, you typically never hit all six of your toms at a rapid pace, in incredibly complex patterns. I'm not saying you're wrong, but do not underestimate marching percussion.

pyroblz123 not much of an internet "hey lets dis that guy" But actual drumming and Marching band drumming are two different beasts. Double bass is over rated, and marching music is a lot of rudiments and flare, it's FUN! I play both styles and they're different. Walking in formation while throwing differed paradiddles and triple strokes while throwing some visual flare in it is hard. and doing triplet double bass while doing rolls and fills down the toms is hard. it's apples to pears man
