all lights will pretty much grow any plants....this guy is doing well..also id like to add HPS or HID will mostly get you busted...LED and CFL are the way to go
wow, you grew that much with only a couple of cfl's... i'm impressed. But I'd be concerned with bud quality. I'm not willing to sacrifice bud quality just to save a few bucks. Well, it's about an extra $40 a month for me to run a 400watt mh/hps, two 265cfm squirrel cage fans, and an oscillating fan. I tried cfl's once. ONCE. They just didn't grow as tall or as fast as using HID's. And c'mon, it's only an extra $40 a month, I paid $50 for an eighth before I started growing my own.
u need more light to the middle of the plants i had a setup just like that but i decided not to flower w the cfl because the buds looked like shit lol
You could do that but some ppl have security problems and need to grow as secretly as possible and they might have a tight budget and need to pay for something cheaper. i have that same problem, i want to use hps but i cant afford them so i am using cfl's untill i get enough money saved up to do a whole room make over to turn it into a grow room.

cfl are good to grow. you can have a plant from beggining to end and harvest one ounce out of it with like 6-8 cfl bulbs 23 watts 2700k not growing specific or anything just 23watt n higher cfl in warm white.depending on ur set up and nutes cfl can be realy nice.and you can get cfl in a grocery store anywhere lol.
you can get em anywhere that sells light bulbs like walmart use the cool white for veg and the daylight for flowering correct me if im wrong cool whites have the whitish blue color and the daylights are kinda yellowish orange i think not really sure havent grown in like a year.
Yup.. Through the whole cycle.. I just added more when I flowered... Its my first time grow... Its a experience... Next grow will be with MP And HPS bulbs...
why did you flush your plants out now man.. You could have feed nutes to the plants for a little while longer to give some extra grow time for your buds..
They were dropping like crazy... Nutrients build up and it causes the plants to droop and make the tips burn... So i flushed it out.. But im back on the nutrients.. and their doing excellent.... The last time I flushed was probably like a month ago during vegging
yo tell me were you got those two light bulb connecter adapters tthat screw into one socket. ive been at lowes and home depot and oother place and cant find em

cfl is good for small clones but anything over 6inches will come out shitty with only cfl lights might as well put it outside
