Americans have an attention span of 30-60 seconds and only about fluff usually. Its not their fault as they have been raised this way by marketing all their lives. Also, if it is too complex their brains shut down and they look for the most simple answer(ex. 9/11 Commission Report). That way all that complicated thinking doesn't take time from recycled plots driving tv shows. Not only am I a member I'm the President!
