The whole "I go to the gym a lot and the BMI shows I'm overweight- hence it is flawed" argument is ridiculous. You know if you're fat, or if you have been on a wieght lifting regimen. I am amused at the concept of obese people considering all of these different excuses to not admit to themselves they are fat and that it's an unnatural condition. If you look at every other species of animal life on this planet, it is clear that obesity is abnormal.

i think that she has a point about how we handle junk food and i was thinking about it and im no more then 4 blocks away from junk food in my city, it closer the a save on food, and the worse part of it i live in Edmonton AB winch is low decadency city with a big lane mass, so much so the public transportation barley works. that's sick
