@shayno125 Actually, I have seen several posts that HAARP was involved in this. When I asked why they would bother with Haiti I got no real response except "practice." I love a good conspiracy theory but I don't see this one at all.

I agree, but like the man said, they are saddled with international debt which cripples a nations ability to "do something about it". Argentina and now Iceland are some recent examples of this. Weinmar is an older example of what happens when a country has the tentacles of international bankers embedded deep into you're political and economic structure.
