  • To any other skinny guys out there, the answer is EAT MORE AND LIFT.

    Start calculating your calories, I bet you're not even getting 3000kcals a day.

    I ate 4000kcals a day for three months and started a strength training programme (squats, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, inverted row, etc). I gained 20lb during that time and I was accused of taking steroids by friends, which isn't true.

    I was eating constantly, it was difficult but it worked.

  • @ChrisGomez6400 Yea that has happened to me and people made fun of me about it. Funny thing is I was 50 pounds overweight and had just lost it with diet and exercise. I was working out too but lost the weight faster than I gained muscle so I was scrawny. So before I was made fun of for being too fat to being made fun of for being too skinny. That's why I do this for myself and not care what other people have to say.

    and and lift a lot of weight and by that i mean the most you can lift without hurting youself.... try to do 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps

    and dont give a damn about what people telll you about compound and isolate exersices.... DO WHAT YOU FEEL RIGHT FOR YOU but do something

    and if all goes right you will see some results in a fucking week...thats right.. a week espetially in your abs....im ectomorph too btw

  • @23grizzley Eat lots of proteins and carbohydrates, less fat, this way you'll gain muscles and stay thin. Search on google, find out more about fat, proteins and carbohydrats and find out which foods contain them :)

  • @23grizzley well of course healthy food you dont wanna go around eating any shit thats on the streets but whatever you eat daily just add a little more or if you want to bourn fat you can eat about 6 small meals a day to keep your metabollism working

    but i was already without fat xD so just eat lots of food (healthy of course) and work out ; )

  • @waflikky2 Eating a lot ("like your life depends on it") will eventually get you sick, lifting too much weight and you will eventually get hurt. You have to eat what's healty and what will help you gain muscle and lose body fat, NOT EVERYTHING YOU CATCH! :)

    2.- a strict workout plan plus i didnt mean eat garbage i meant eat lots of healthy food cuz if yore working out you will need more calories to transform into energy or else you will burn the muscle to get energy :S

    and i clearly said lift as much WITHOUT HURTING YOURSELF im not saying "lift all you can until you die" but to build muscle mass you have to put more weight and less reps ; )

  • @waflikky2 Thanks man. It's working. I'm starting to see results now. What is your workout routine though? I usually do one day chest, next day bicep, third day shoulder, and fourth day tricep.

  • @PriiNcEfReSh I am gonna have to say right now, you are doing it wrong just based on your breakdown. If that is wrong, I can only imagine what you do per day in the gym for a given bodypart. Try this breakdown to put on mass:

    Push-Pull: Look it up.

    Do all of these muscle groups in supersets.

    Day 1: Chest/Back

    Day 2: Quads/Hams & Calves

    Day 3: Shoulders (anterior/posterior) & Bicep/Tricep

    Day 4: Rest

    And repeat

  • @EricB042389 I usually do 4 different workouts for one muscle per day. And rest twice a week. It seems to be working and I got this routine from my cousin who is a doctor. And I'm doing pretty much exactly what you listed above. :)

  • bruh im an ectomorph and my dad is an endomorph (i think thts what its called) and looks like a cross between john cena and arnold swarzanegger and he's super human strong but anyway i started woking out with him and i swole up QUICKLY !!! And all i take is protein and a daily vitiman but NOTHING else. but i gained 30 lbs already and my biggest gain was 8 lbs a month... keep it up

  • These are really some amazing gains and I think it's definitely the best transformation video I have seen so far. :) Only people who aren't ectomorphs and don't realise how incredibly hard for it is us to gain even a little bit of mass. One needs to completely change his diet (which sadly isn't affordable option for everyone) and sacrifice a lot of energy and time to get when he wants.

  • @ztscar13 depends im 5'11" and weigh 135 but it takes longer to gain weight because of your metabolism so do you eat a lot and gain little to no weight after?

  • @bifkinsniffer just get yourself some good whey protein from the internet. I started out weighing 100lbs, now I'm at 145lbs all muscle, 4% body fat. and still gaining! best thing I bought was from this website damuscle.com

    they're cheaper than any other supplier, I got 12 lbs of this protein for 45 bucks. 1,280 calories per serving, 52 grams of protein, 252 grams of carbs. it tastes like shit but gets you right. just keep training man, and NEVER get comfortable. thats the only way to gain!

The only thing i can criticize is that your arms changed very little from 2 months to the current state they are in... everywhere else nice definition and size for your mass. Try doing some incline hammer curls, french grip curls, and sevens to build up your biceps, your triceps are quite good.

  • you get an ectomorph body by not eating, or by eating six small meals per day, the second being the healthier one for you. A mesomorph body type is the healthiest for you bro, and endomorph is when you eat too many double stuff oreo cookies. chocolate cake and pie.

  • I was a 125 lb. 5'11" ectomorph too and realized that my biggest challenge to weight gain was not eating enough. People aren't lying when they say you need at least 5 meals a day when you are trying to gain muscle. After a few months the hard work finally starts to show.

  • You are doing well. Progression takes time and effort before you can see the results. I too was at that state, but as I got older, my mates ballooned out of shape, while I still remained the same (in shape). Evenutally I could put pounds of muscle quickly, but this was achieved over time, in a few years. Now that is not so much of a problem since I am more focused on staying fit and active. Keep at it and don't give up.
