I always thought that the Aunt Hilda & Marsha pairing was similar to Grandmamma & Morticia from The Addams Family; seems like it was a slight nod to the Addams Family. I caught this years ago when I used to watch classic TV on Nick ate Nite.
I like how Carolyn stands with her arms crossed infront of herself in the dungeons just like she used to do as Morticia. She even says a line in a dark voice, something Morticia also used to do.
I have always thought that Carolyn was parodying Mortica in her Marsha role. She wears a black dress, says "darling" alot, and keeping her admirers in bird cages sounds like something "ookie!" This has to be Carolyn's best role ever. Unlike her helpless role in "King Croele" she plays a woman who commands and has a lot of fun!
In the Minerva episode, there is a frenchman named Freddie. Olga had all her Russian Cossacks. I posted these so they are here. "the Ogg and I" "how To hatch a dinosaur" and "The ogg couple" those are the Olga episodes.
