next to the Queen of the witches (Hepzibah, Titchibah etc...) maurice was the most powerful warlock...I guess he came from a higher ranking than Endora, Uncle Arthur, Aunts Enchantra, Hagatha, Aunt Clara or any of the others.

Agnes Moorehead was truly a great actress (Endora). I'm sure she felt this show was silly, but she stands out as the real character here.

The dress is pretty and the pattern on the dress is called paisley. It does look like amebas, It was very popular in the 60's now it's back in style. Saw some paisley dresses at Kohl's department store last week.

This is the second episode that I've tried to watch, and NOTHING. The first commercial plays, then just a blank screen. The pause button is displayed as if it 'wants' to play. What gives? YouTube having difficulties this evening? I've clicked on other shows and they are playing. It's just this show.

I commented on this before... But all the witches has something in common: They all have a "A" at the last of their names... Endora, Samantha, Cousin Sarina, Tabatha, Aunts Entrantra, Clara, and Hagatha (who also played either Bertha, or Agatha in season one), and a mention of a Cindrailda in earlier episodes.

Aunt Clara wasn't supposed to come across as drunk, she was a very old witch, older than Endora I believe. She was supposed to come across as absent-minded and forgetful in her old age.

I love her! i search for the episodes she is in!! And she might not be doing the right thing in this one - but there is nothing black and white - its always gray! Sometimes she is too much - sometimes Darrin is!

That much is true too. It's stupid for him to constantly say "no witchcraft" since it's a natural talent for Sam's family...especially when he's obviously overpowered lol I mean all they have to do is turn him into a rock garden or something.

But in Endora's case, she's always causing mischief trying to say that Darrin is a bungler and he proves her wrong everytime.

I loved the way the colors used on the sets came through on these Television shows from the 60's! And if you notice, they chose the color schemes for the sets carefully to enhance the color TV experience. It was a fact that even in 1966, many Americabn households still had black and white Televisions.
