This is fry screaming, practice bands like Hatesphere, Degradead and Trivium, you sound great, so just keep doing what you do. Growls and grunts are done with other techniques, but you've got something awesome right there.

@ash3344 To be honest you can achieve lots of cool stuff without switching technique. You can learn other techniques for the other sounds, but if I were you I would just evolve the fry. The reason why some find this video bad is because you're doing stuff with the fry scream that it doesn't fit. Try practising those bands I mentioned, trust me, it'll help. Try for an instance to scream the song "Leto Destinatus" by Universym, your scream would fit perfectly.
