@geffel Technically,all of the Beatles were known for their personalities and not their musical talents.But that doesn't mean their not talented,just slightly underrated as musicians.For example Paul McCartney is the same way;he doesn't get much credit for his slick licks.He can too sing,just a weak range.

Ringo's pushing 70 and Paul's pushing 68. And they're still doing what they love to do. We all should be so lucky. We aren't, of course. So good for them, cause they are. John made it to 1980 and George made it to 2001. The Beatles were the best and those old songs are still the best. The Beatles changed the world. Talk about trying to bring peace to the world. So Ringo keep getting by with a little help from your friends. We all should be so lucky. We're not, of course, but you surely are.
