Was there an audience?? Such silence. This seems to be similar to the PBS and Danish tv performances The Doors did-with no live audience, just the crew. Perhaps I'm wrong.
I like your second suggestion-that would make much more sense! The British always knew how to respective Rock n' Roll's roots-even more so than Americans to our shame.
Love the matching outfits...seriously. I think they look very sharp. They always look clean and clean cut in all the videos I've watched tonight (and that's alot!). The Hollies have made a new fan tonight (and particulary Tony (so cutein every way!))
Never heard Allan Clarke speak before.Accent is fairly mild for Salford, but it fits. They do "This Wheels on Fire",quite well,Hollies style, but I do prefer the original by Julie Driscoll and the Brian Auger Trinity. Any more Finnish TV?
And the crowd goes wild. Was there an audience there? I don't hear or see one. I've gotta say someting about those suits. I've seen them before. Poor Terry. You would think he would have found a pair of pants to fit by now.
On the posiive side, I always like seeing clips I've never seen before. It's the first time I've heard the Wheels song, so thanks for posting.
This vid is amazing ,it has just made my weekend! Thank you so much,I love it.Have you any more.If you have there are Hollies fans who NEED to see it!
Thanks for posting this gem! The guys are in top form here, especially Allan! It's nice to hear him speak in between! It's great to hear "Wheels on Fire." The Hollies' version is the best I've heard. This is the first performance of it I've ever seen!
FUNNY !!! Alan has a nice ZIT on his cheek.

this video features the replacment for graham nash but you would not be able to tell the difference. harmony at its best.
was lucky enough to see the original line up in concert supporting the rolling stones in glasgow (scotland) in 1964.
