I'm convinced I can't do these spin type ones because my hands are too small. I can't pull the chips out far enough to allow it to spin, cause I can't spread my fingers far enough :(

You're making the same mistake as I've done. The third finger only holds the middle chip and it's thumb that makes the entire movement. You will never be able to pull out the middle chip far enough using only your third finger. Try with only two chips and it will get much more simpler.

just a quick question skd1337; does it make much difference what weight the chips are, I mainly play with 11.5g chips, though there it looks like you're using 14.5g.
