It looks to me like he got arrested for disobeying laws about safety laws and not for preaching. It's good for him to preach on the streets but you don't have to disobey the law to do it. In most states, parking infractions are not criminal. They are civil matters. For example, in Ohio if you don't pay a parking ticket... You can't get arrested. You can only have your fine increased and turned over to a bill collector and have your tags suspended for non-pay. And in some states there are criminal charges for public officials known as dereliction of duty... And that may be applicable in this case depending on the state laws. It surely is a civil rights violation though.

well, that's some weak faith if my opinion about a man alters another's faith in Jesus. As I watch this video, I see a man who has his truck in the street (a safety hazard to other drivers) and is standing on it to minister to people. These people were simply asked to move their truck, not stop ministering. I don't believe that more than 2 officers are necessary to arrest someone; further the man who was capturing the video is arrested why? Initially Terry they were just asked to move the truck but BECAUSE THEY would not and they began to argue with the law it escalated. There is an ordinance permit that can be acquired. The law officer will let you know if you are approved to set up in a particular it CANNOT BLOCK MAJOR TRAFFIC. Even believers have to obey the law darling......Your name means perfection. It appears from the video that the preachers who were preaching were invioation of the law and the word of God says that we who are believers are to obey those who have authority over us that means we are to obey the law of the land and this is truly not showing the Glory to God becuase of the way these Christians acted

these christians are crazy!' it doesn't help those of us that are working on a more subtle level of 'where does your truth lie? is it in the streets or is it something in your heart?' Smashing someone in the face with Jesus doesn't work very well in my own personal experience. If the Power of the Lord can't reach people beyond the authority we are giving by 'the Word' to love All As Equals then we'd might as well be reliving the Salem Witch Trials. If it was parked in the middle of the street the guy deserved to be arrested. If it was not parked in the middle of the street then the cop had no business arresting him. If the purpose was to minister to those people, then they still should have did it, after moving the truck. They certainly cannot minister to those people locked up, now can they? As I watch this video, I see a man who has his truck in the street (a safety hazard to other drivers) and is standing on it to minister to people. These people were simply asked to move their truck, not stop ministering. It looks like the men purposely broke this law to "stage" an opportunity to say they are being persecuted for spreading the gospel. Simply not true.

I wonder if the preacher had of complied with the officer to move the truck of the street if it would have ended there? I don't believe that more than 2 officers are necessary to arrest someone; further the man who was capturing the video is arrested why? If the police had nothing to cover up then why take his camera and arrest him? This is a form of police bullying! I say keep preaching the word of God; however make wise decisions and do not obstruct the law.

FIRST OF ALL :) YOU NEED TO OBEY THE LAW OF THE LAND BY GETTING A PERMIT TO DO THAT TYPE OF PUBLIC MINISTRY. The permit is free you just need to go get it . As children of God we are not EXEMPT FROM THE LAW. Im an ordained evangelist as well my spouse and I both. you have to abide by the regs. @Determinosa well, a permit will not make the gospel legal, if one man walks by and doesn't like what he hearsm that permit is invalid because it's considered as a hate crime and oppresion. if you are preaching in the streets and everyone loves what you say, something must not be right brother. look at all the prophets that were killed, and great teachers that were imprisoned before us. the world is the same, permit or not, preaching is illegal if you preach the truth, people hate god.

Initially Terry they were just asked to move the truck but BECAUSE THEY would not and they began to argue with the law it escalated. There is an ordinance permit that can be acquired. The law officer will let you know if you are approved to set up in a particular it CANNOT BLOCK MAJOR TRAFFIC. Even believers have to obey the law darling......Your name means perfection. @GodKillerAtheist Please correct me if I am wrong but are the police trying to get the red truck moved? As I see it the police are concerned with the safety of the people on and around the truck and the people trying to drive along the road. I really don’t think that religion is the reason for the arrest it’s the fact that the owner of the truck is breaking the law. Then it turns into a religious mob fighting with the police. In my opinion these people are hiding behind their religion.

My gut feeling tells me laws will be passed to emediately arrest all who speak about the love of the messiah.
The violation here was "location" clearly we who preach openly about Yeshua the messiah should find methods to preach to the lost where ever they may be.
I recommend lobbying to pass laws that make that possible as a counter messure against whats comming.
